I have created an extra special May squat challenge with lots of Rae love! You might think the numbers are a little strange and stagger up and down quite a lot but there is a reason why I have made it this way!

If you want to add weights to your squats GO FOR IT! Dumbells, barbells or cans of beans!
There is no necessity to do ALL of the squats at once, if you want to split them up through the day then do, but if you do… don’t stop your set without a significant squat burn! :)AND ONE LAST THING - Let me know how you get on, tag my url so I can check it out!

North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple has signed legislation that would ban most abortions if a fetal heartbeat can be detected, something that can happen as early as six weeks into a pregnancy. The Republican governor also signed into law another measure that would makes North Dakota the first to ban abortions based on genetic defects such as Down syndrome.
