ARE YOU READY?
I have created an extra special May squat challenge with lots of Rae love! You might think the numbers are a little strange and stagger up and down quite a lot but there is a reason why I have made it this way!
Please read the bottom and PLEASE don’t delete this text if you choose to reblog this. I will be doing this too because I want my butt back. The photos on the right ARE me, but they aren’t progress from just 30 days. They are before and during photo’s but show the effect squatting has.
If you want to add weights to your squats GO FOR IT! Dumbells, barbells or cans of beans!
There is no necessity to do ALL of the squats at once, if you want to split them up through the day then do, but if you do… don’t stop your set without a significant squat burn! :)
